Corrections and accuracy issues
We cite every star count, version number, and SDK method call against official documentation at
the time of writing. If something has changed or we got something wrong, email us with the post
title and the specific claim — we'll verify and update with an updatedDate within a
few days.
Product support
Purchased a kit from us? If you have a download issue or a question about how to apply a template in your setup, email us with your order number and what you're trying to do. We'll get back to you.
Partnerships and PR
We cover AI agent platforms based on editorial merit — documentation quality, SDK depth, community traction, and honest trade-offs. We don't accept paid placements disguised as editorial. If you represent a platform and want to flag a release or correct something in our coverage, email us. If you're pitching a sponsored post, we'll decline.
Response time
Honest answer: we're a small team running multiple projects. Corrections and product-support questions get priority. We aim for a reply within 3–5 business days; realistically it may be longer during heavy publishing weeks. If you haven't heard back in two weeks, a follow-up nudge is welcome.
