1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentStack (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is shown above.

2. Intellectual Property

All editorial content on the Site — articles, guides, comparison tables, and copy — is owned by AgentStack and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts (up to 150 words) for commentary or discussion provided you link back to the original source. Reproducing or republishing full articles, or scraping content for training datasets or competing publications, is not permitted without written permission.

Digital products (purchased printables and templates): When you purchase a kit or template from us, you receive a personal-use license for the files you download. You may use them in your own projects, adapt them for your own workflows, and refer colleagues to purchase their own copy. You may not redistribute the files, resell them, bundle them into other products, or share download links publicly. Each purchase covers one individual user.

3. Affiliate Links

The Site contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations — we link to products we cover on their merits. 4. Digital Products — Purchase and Delivery

Paid products are sold and delivered through Stripe. Payment processing, receipts, and download delivery are handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Services Agreement. Our products are delivered as digital downloads (PDF, ZIP, and plain-text files); there is no physical delivery.

Refund policy: Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you experience a genuine delivery failure (download link does not work, file is corrupted) or the product content is materially different from its description, contact us at hello@agentstack.example with your order number and we will make it right.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation that the content is accurate, complete, or current at the time you read it — the AI agent platform landscape moves fast, and SDK documentation changes. We update posts when we identify material changes, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

Not professional advice: Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, employment, or investment advice. AI agent platforms, automation workflows, and related tooling can have cost, compliance, and security implications specific to your situation. Before deploying any agent system in a production or regulated context, consult qualified professionals. We are an editorial publication, not advisors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, its content, or products purchased through it — including but not limited to reliance on a post that contained outdated information, or costs incurred from deploying a workflow based on our guides. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have made no purchase.

The Site links to third-party platforms, repositories, and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links do not constitute endorsement beyond the editorial context in which they appear.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply material changes to purchases made before the change date.
